Þscription The new Center for Cardiac Muscle Biology within the Cardiovascular Research Institute at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City is actively seeking dynamic and creative individuals for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor position. The successful candidate will be expected to set up an innovative research program in cardiovascular research with extramural funding (e.g., NIH etc.). Research target areas include cellular, molecular, and physiological myofilament biology, proteinopathies, structure, single molecule biophysics, gene therapy, etc. Candidates who perform research or are interested in investigating Duchenne dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) are particularly encouraged to apply.
