Ooltewah Middle Ooltewah Middle School is a 6-8 school located in Ooltewah, TN, just outside of Chattanooga. Teachers at Ooltewah Middle can expect a supportive and collaborative climate, including the following supports: New Teacher Academy led by our instructional coach, which meets monthly to discuss ideas and solutions Mentor teacher for new teachers Every teacher is a member of a grade level team, and each core teacher has a content partner that meets for collaborative planning weekly. Responsibilities Teaching & Learning - Deeply understand the Tennessee Mathematics Standards and establish clear learning targets for every lesson. Build rigorous and aligned assessments and consistently implement high leverage mathematics practices and strategies. Compensation Salary is based on a combination of relevant education and experience. Salary Scale This position may be eligible for an increase in total compensation.
