ditional Information About the Role -Vice President, Strategic Marketing Overview BJC HealthCare is one of the largest nonprofit health care organizations in the United States, delivering services to residents primarily in the greater St. Louis, southern Illinois and southeast Missouri regions. Role Purpose The Strategic Marketing Leader is responsible for the development and delivery of all Marketing activities across BJC. Leading a team of marketing resources focused on both Flagship and Local HSO’s, as well as strategic service lines, the Strategic Marketing lead ensures that all marketing across BJC is in alignment with a cohesive marketing strategy, and supports the BJC strategies and goals. Responsibilities Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: onboarding and hiring, training, workload management & performance evaluations, conducting professional development plans as needed. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership. Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals. Work with senior BJC leadership to define overall strategic Communications strategies. Coordinate across internal and external Communications leads to align and prioritize their strategic Communications goals and strategies. Work closely with the leader of Digital Communications to ensure strategic Communications plans align with overall digital Communications plans and strategies. Responsible for overall BJC Brand strategies. Ensure the establishment and management of strategic marketing planning with key marketing stakeholders within the Strategic Marketing team.
