Job Description Technical Lead / Lead Developer (Maven) Are you a software developer who loves solving complex problems? About the Role As a Technical Lead / Lead Developer you will be designing, proposing, and overseeing development of best practice functional solutions to client requirements. Responsibilities Clarify and demonstrate current functionalities and capabilities of Maven to internal and external teams. Establish actionable expectations, scope, and timelines for technical tasks and communicate them to stakeholders. Anticipate technical challenges and potential risks (to the extent possible) and alert relevant parties. Review technical documents and deliverables for short and long-term sustainability. Coordinate efforts of technical team in completing tasks and assignments Serve as the representative and spokesperson for Conduent's technical efforts on the project. Requirements High level of functional and technical knowledge of the Maven product High level of experience in prior client implementations High level of competency in Java/CSS/SQL development Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely between technical, business, management, and client teams.
