Job Description Are you a proven client relationship manager with large strategic account management experience? Does your account management experience include Business Process services (BPO/BPS)? About the role The Client Partner is responsible for solidifying relationships and maintaining the health of current enterprise accounts including customer satisfaction, revenue growth and overall sales. This role will encompass: Growing relationships with Conduent's largest client(s) by building long-term, deep and meaningful relationships across the C-Suite and other senior executives with budget and authority to make buying decisions. Being a trusted partner that clients can count on for advice and input Able to cross sell of services using consultative selling expertise Partnering with solutions leaders to develop new value propositions across a range of commercial services and solutions Managing account-level P&L to business unit financial targets Developing and supporting value propositions for focus areas that ensure alignment with Conduent and business unit strategy Partnering with solutions leaders and Business Development Executives to promote sales of new services into existing accounts Recommending and initiating enhancements to the sales and marketing operations Establishing sales goals, analyze growth and provide accurate, complete and timely submission of required progress reports, forecasts, quotations, budgets and rates Understanding of Conduent services, solutions and offerings to help guide the client in driving business outcomes. Solution areas to include customer experience, financial services, claims, F&A, Legal services, etc Supporting the development of marketing plans that will appeal to a variety of customers on a global basis supporting sales and profit objectives. All other duties as assigned Requirements Be a consultative account manager able to solution sell, develop deep relationships and add value to clients business Possess a proven track record and several years‘ experience with large scale, enterprise-wide sales & account management Demonstrate advanced knowledge of BPO Sales and relationship management processes. Have proven leadership experience Be a team player who can partner with delivery organizations for added value Be a proven seller able to forge relationships with CEO's and other C-suite executives as well as key line of business contacts. Have experience in new logo business development and sales Skilled in account strategy, account planning, relationship strategy Experience leading a P&L Experience working closely with service delivery counterparts Proven track record of significantly growing existing accounts Proven track record of attaining and exceeding quotas Possess effective communication and presentation skills to all levels of management (internal and external) Have ability to prospect in accounts to uncover new opportunities Possess self-motivation and desire for success Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience Flexible Working At Conduent, we want you to be yourself. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, and Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range: $168,000-$224,000.
