Determination of optimal quantitative and qualitative requirements for the security forces and technical means of physical protection for each facility.<br><br>2) Search, selection and preparing the contracts with local security service providers. Control and optimization Monitoring of the security status of objects. Carrying out measures to improve the level of security (security audits, tests for the possibility of unauthorized penetration, additional security inductions and security training with personnel, etc.).of the work of security providers.<br><br>3) Monitoring of the security status of objects. Carrying out measures to improve the state of security (security audits, tests for the possibility of unauthorized entry, additional instruction and training of security personnel, etc.).<br> <li>Measures to identify and prevent economic damage:</li> <br>1) Verification of the reliability of counterparties for concluding contracts.<br><br>2) Conducting audits of suppliers (individuals and legal entities) with purpose to identify signs and facts of fraudulent actions, corrupt collusion with company employees, unfair behavior.<br><br>3) Analysis of the risks of damage to the Company when concluding expenditure contracts for the Volga-Ural region. Issuing recommendations and taking an appropriate measure.<br><br>4) Carrying out measures to identify and prevent corruption in the Company.<br><br>5) Participation in inventories and audits in order to identify signs of theft of the Company's assets.<br><br>6) Controlling the use of the Company's vehicles and the validity of fuel consumption using transport monitoring systems (BSMTS).<br> <li>Ensuring security of the Company employees.</li> <br>1) Preemployment screening of candidates for work in Weatherford and related structures.<br><br>2) Conducting security trainings and briefings of Company employees.<br><br>3) Conducting official inspections of employees when they commit corruption acts and crimes.<br> <li>Organizational activity.</li> <br>1) Development and implementation of WFT security policies: Local Security Plans (LSP), Emergency Evacuation Plans (SEEP), Emergency Response Plans (SERP).<br><br>2 Creating local emergency management teams (LDEM-Team), maintaining their readiness.<br><br>3) Conducting annual assessment and audits of location security (Security Risk Assessments (SRA)) in the Security Risk Management (SRM) system.<br><br>4) Identification of security incidents and conducting investigations on them within the Incident management System (CPAR).<br><br>5) Monitoring security situation in the region, timely informing Line Manager and Company's employees about the identified possible risks (Security Advisory).<br><br>Additionally:<br><br>- analysis and assessment of risks before concluding revenue contracts and additional agreements in the Salesforce system.<br><br>- monthly analysis of the results of the Security work of Security divisions in RTK, preparation a drift of consolidated report for Global Security.<br></li></ul> <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li>Minimum of 8 years of security working experience </li><li>Experience using relevant technology and equipment </li><li>Experience in reporting and emergency response planning </li><li>Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures</li><li>Higher education </li><li>Proficient in verbal and written English language skills </li><li>Proven ability to be agile and work effectively in a dynamic environment. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and respond rapidly to emerging incidents and situations. </li><li>Excellent coordination, project management, and organization skills and comfortable with multi-tasking in a high-energy environment. </li><li>Should be creative and analytical problem solver with a passion to provide excellent security service. </li><li>Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) advanced user</li></ul>
