
Deputy Shop Manager
This is an exciting role reporting into a Shop Manager and working with a volunteer team. They are looking for an experienced retail manager who will show a passion and flair for retail and the ability to organise and get the most out of a volunteer team.
Deputy Shop Manager Requirements:
You will support the Shop Manager in the creation of plans to maximise income for the charity and will be able to demonstrate how you have worked in the community to promote a cause or an organisation. Organisational and delegation skills are vital to ensure consistency of operation when you are away from the shop.
The position is offered for 21 hrs per week to include Saturdays on a rota basis alongside the requirement to work flexibly supporting local shops when necessary. Working knowledge of Health & Safety and basic IT skills are essential.
