Location: Kallang About the Role (Mission) Schneider Electric is looking for an experienced EA Busway Leader to drive full busway business performance for the region. What will you do? Accountable for revenue, margin, and pipeline growth in East Asia, growing pipeline in targeted countries and segments Own market strategy, segmentation, and competitive positioning. mastering competitive landscape & fight plan Drives offer roadmap and gap closure with Busway League and IBD, identifying offer gaps and deploying new offers in close collaboration with Busway League and Busway factories Ensure optimized Supply Chain Strategy (forecast, localization), driving coordination with various busway factories to ensure optimum support to the EA Business Leads must-win projects (Go-To market, Offer, Priority Setting, Escalation, Win Strategy) Drives partner strategy beyond C&SP and animate East Asia Busway communit What qualifications will make you successful? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field 10+ years of experience in power distribution / electrical systems, across products, projects, or solutions environments Proven experience in leading complex projects, businesses, or key initiatives in a multi-stakeholder environment Background can include: Business/P&L leadership and commercial growth, or Project management / engineering leadership with strong exposure to customer projects and execution Solid understanding of electrical distribution applications and ecosystems (e.g., buildings, data centers, infrastructure, industry) Ability to operate in a complex, regional, and cross-functional environment, influencing multiple stakeholders (countries, factories, partners) Strong business acumen or clear potential and ambition to develop it, including pipeline growth, partner strategy, and value creation Experience in market-facing roles, offer management, or commercialization is a plus but not mandatory Demonstrated leadership capabilities: ownership, drive, ability to mobilize teams, and deliver results under ambiguity Exposure to East Asia or international environments is a plus Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?
