This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in refurbishment works and new-build commercial projects. You will play a key role in preparing accurate tenders, developing cost plans, and supporting the delivery of successful projects across South Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.<br><br></p>Key Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li>Review tender documentation including drawings, specifications, and project details.</li><li>Tender for projects of varying values, from receipt of tender packages through to full bills of quantities.</li><li>Produce logical, consistent pricing schedules and detailed cost breakdowns.</li><li>Meet subcontractors on site to source labour, plant, and material rates while negotiating competitive quotations.</li><li>Attend weekly site meetings and carry out site visits as required.</li><li>Work closely with project management, site teams, design staff, and procurement to ensure accurate and coordinated tender submissions.</li><li>Maintain high levels o
