Job Summary Responsible for ensuring close relationships with agency and brand marketer clients at the highest levels. Responsible for prospecting, selling, developing and expanding the client base for advanced media. Drives new and incremental revenue and regularly meets pre-established activity and results quotas. Monitors and evaluates competitive media spending for sales categories. Understand the premium online video industry and the challenges facing a typical marketer or agency. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise. Job Description Core Responsibilities Maintains up-to-date customer and prospect records as instructed and participates in development of sales forecasts. Understand client’s business model, objectives, KPIs, key partnerships, and organization structure in order to provide the best value on behalf of the company. Provides feedback and suggestions to management regarding new product additions and existing product definition. Completes required documentation and reporting for the proper processing of contracts, advertising schedules and call expense reports. Familiarity with online media buying and selling processes (upfronts & scatter), along with knowledge of DSPs, supply-side platforms (SSPs), and Ad Serving technologies. Prospects, sells and drives growth across marketplace. Respond to RFPs and prepare customized proposals to win new business. Sales travel is involved when needed. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Relevant Work Experience 7-10 Years Salary: Pay Range: $109,074.61 - $163,611.92 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Targeted Commission: $161,430 Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
