Property Services is a Hampshire County Council in-house team of multi-disciplinary construction professionals and specialist support staff delivering a range of property functions ranging from new build, refurbishments, and extensions through to maintenance and compliance activities. It encompasses the HCC estate and those of our partner organisations and will include schools, offices, libraries, fire stations and police premises.

In this role you will be assist with the design and delivery of planned mechanical services improvements/extensions and repairs including supervising works on site for a range of public buildings, taking the mechanical engineering lead on smaller projects.  

As part of the role you will liaise with building end users which could be schools, care homes, libraries, countryside estate, or external clients such as Hampshire Police and Hampshire Fire Rescue Service.
