Description
Overview Support China Foods commercial function with end-to-end POSM management activities, including planning, ordering and executing. Drive continuous improvement in Trade Promotions execution and planning through robust trade compliance tracking, ensuring proof-of-performance validation and escalation where necessary. Responsibilities Support MUs in management of Salty & Quaker PG agency - Prepare POSM and PG ordering in line with promotion and DM schedules Guide and coach 3rd party agencies in supporting campaigns (PG/POSM) across three categories with varied mechanisms and standards due to different TA consumer nature; Partner with agencies to provide solutions for local landing issues Track each KPI including PG recruitment & on-site rate, offtake target setting and achievement, etc. to measure PG agency service status for every FT campaign Follow BU standard POSM management process, supporting MU Trade Marketing Managers and partnering with play book planners to develop POSM/premium plans and orchestrate the end-to-end execution: Contact supplier for POSM production Arrange POSM/premium/PG delivery to customer DC or stores Track POSM arrival status Contact KAM for POSM installation Control total investment within budget & guidelines Process spending claim in time Manage trade promotion compliance tracking (POSM, PG related) – Consolidating and analyzing PGSB reports to validate proof-of-performance and highlighting improvement opportunities to KAM & Frontline Sales Leaders Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline and enhance the POSM / PG support framework to be more efficient and effective People Responsibilities: Close and frequent interaction with KAM / TM / Frontline Sales Leaders to align on POSM & PG management requirements and improve support framework Develop winning relationships with MU / HQ Commercial teams, ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business or Supply Chain 3-4 years experience in Trade Marketing function (CPG company) Highly proficient with databases and reporting tools (Eg: SAP, Excel and Power BI) Ability to understand complex business drivers, develop metrics, analyze and implement improvements Strong communication and influencing skills Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
