Job Description Summary: To provide analysis and assistance in planning and organizing projects that impact or enhance the department; to monitor all department schedules so as to ensure that projects are completed on or before projected completion dates; collects and analyzes all necessary data including financial and performance Indicators, for resolution of problems, issues and concerns affecting the department. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline. Four (4) years exempt experience in project management, product development, systems design/development or business / financial planning and analysis. Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems. Experience in use of project management/planning software. Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills. Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills. Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus: Experience in Sourcing and Procurement and/or governance and compliance would be a plus. Work/Domicile Location: This position will be hybrid within a reasonable commutable distance from a specific FedEx office location. The desired location for this position is Dallas (Plano), Texas however the position may also be hybrid in Collierville (Memphis), Tennessee; or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees must be onsite as directed by leadership but allows team members flexibility to work from home otherwise.
