Som Senior Dispatcher vil du ha en sentral rolle i den daglige logistikkdriften ved Halliburtons base i Tananger. Du vil ha ansvar for manedlig varetelling og kontinuerlig kontroll av varelageret. Stillingen inneb
•rer ogsa ansvar for toll- og konsignasjonshandtering av kjemikalier i henhold til etablerte prosedyrer, samt registrering og mottak av backload-kjemikalier innenfor gitte tidsfrister.

•re ansvarlig for SOX-rapportering knyttet til innkjop og logistikk, og sorge for korrekt foring i SAP, inkludert forbruksmateriell og reklamasjoner. Det vil ogsa kunne v
•re behov for a handtere prosesser knyttet til PR, PO, GR og GI.
Videre forventes det at du sikrer riktig merking av kjemikalier og etterlever selskapets standarder for varehusdrift. Ved frav
•r av Supervisor har du driftsansvar for cement blending og tilhorende fasiliteter, og du rapporterer da til Manager.

As a Senior Dispatcher, you will play a key role in the daily logistics operations at Halliburton's base in Tananger. You will be responsible for monthly inventory counting and continuous stock control. The position also includes responsibility for customs and consignment handling of chemicals in accordance with established procedures, as well as the registration and receipt of backloaded chemicals within set deadlines. You will be accountable for SOX reporting related to procurement and logistics, and for ensuring accurate entries in SAP, including consumables and claims. You may also be required to handle processes related to PR, PO, GR, and GI.
Furthermore, you are expected to ensure proper labeling of chemicals and compliance with the company's warehouse operation standards. In the absence of the Supervisor, you will have operational responsibility for cement blending and its associated facilities, reporting to the Manager.
Working hours will be normal daytime but shift and duty could be expected.

Qualifications:
Secondary education, or higher.
Trade certificate of apprenticeship within logistics / office & administration is an advantage.
Driver's license (class B).
Knowledge of SAP, general PC skills
Personal qualifications:
The candidate must be able to work in a structured manner and handle a complex and sometimes hectic everyday life.
Due to occasionally tight deadlines, it is important that you are flexible and willing to adapt to deadlines and everyday challenges.
