Charity People are thrilled to be heading up the search for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager on a 12 month FTC to lead the implementation of their marketing strategy for Digital Marketing and Communications and digital outreach and engagement. You will be a key internal player, supporting the wider team in identifying priorities, providing technical expertise and guidance on SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media management, website development, project planning and digital analytics.

Reporting into the Director of Marketing and managing a busy team, there are some really exciting large projects that you'll be managing including the upgrade of key web platforms, supporting internal teams and external contractors to deliver digital environments which serve the Museum's multiple stakeholders.

This is a crucial appointment for the NMRN and we are looking for someone with a substantial track record of:

- Managing and improving the digital marketing function in a complex organisation.

- Developing strategic multi-channel campaigns for diverse audiences.

- Leading social media teams and managing the creation and distribution of dynamic content.

- Experience of leading and managing a team and ability to motivate a team, especially in times of change.

The NMRN is highly entrepreneurial and you'll need to be a confident team player - no egos here, innovative, and be able to juggle the opportunities and demands of a world leading heritage organisation and multi-site national tourist attraction.
