We are seeking a confident, organised individual to join our vibrant, fast paced Bank Coordination Team based in our Head Office. As well as holding their own caseload of services the post holder will deputise for the Team Leader during periods of absence, take a lead on our Catapult app and role model best practice.
This role is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is highly organised, professional and has the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines. You will be able to maintain both computerised records and provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.

This is primarily a full time role, 37.5 hours per week across five days (Monday to Sunday based on the preference of the successful candidate). Participation in our out of hour’s rota is required.
