An outstanding Harrow School are looking for an Admissions Officer


6 month fixed term contract initially.

Competitive salary.

Successful candidates must own an enhanced DBS or be happy to have one run on you.

Previous experience in admissions within a school setting is essential.

Previous use of SIMs or other school based packages is essential.

The Role:

• Provide a wide range of support to the admissions team
• Acknowledging and processing Year 9 and 12 admissions
• Guiding new starters and prospective parents through the admissions process
• Send out marketing material as requested
• Process all registration and deposit payments
• Liaise with finance
• Update website
• Assist with visas when required
• Assist with testing processes required by the school
• Assist with Open Morning preparation
• Update student records on the database
• Provide information and reports as requested
