êton’s Electrical Sector is currently seeking a Scheduling Supervisor to join our team. This position is based at our Greenwood, SC – Emerald Road location. Relocation assistance will be provided. Position Overview: As a Scheduling Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the master production schedule for all eight of our plant’s product lines. You'll be responsible for the SAP material master maintenance, SAP warehouse maintenance, and capacity planning. You'll report to the Supply Chain Manager and lead a team of four (one scheduler and three production coordinators). In this role you will: Schedule five Capacitor and three Network Protector product lines. Enter all material scrap into SAP system daily. Supervise one scheduler and three production coordinators Find, correct and determine root causes for all SAP COGI errors. Maintain SAP material master data. Process daily CDL/SAP document interfaces. Perform detailed plotting of Capacitor winding schedule on a weekly basis. Conduct regular capacity planning meetings with each product line to ensure maximum line efficiency. Be the first line of communication between the plant and the customer service team providing accurate and timely dates to customers. Perform inventory analytics to help reduce overall plant inventory. Drive SIOP processes. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Three (3) years of experience in production scheduling and/or supply chain in a manufacturing environment. Authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Master scheduling experience Strong proficiency in SAP Expert knowledge with Microsoft Excel Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and/or Certified Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) Position Criteria: Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated experience with Lean/Six Sigma principles utilizing consignment, pull systems, Kanban. Why work at Eaton?
