About the Role We are currently looking for Sales Capability Manager to build the strategy, design programs and deliver initiatives that will improve the capability of Sales Leaders and Sales Representatives to drive a step change in performance. Your role will be varied and will include: Lead, coach and manage the Sales Capabilities Team (4 reports) Develop and deliver the strategy to improve the capability across the Sales organisation, including Sales Leaders Accountable for developing the capabilities roadmap that will bring the omni-channel ambition to life Develop and implement metrics to assess effectiveness of training programs Modernise the sales learning and training approach to deliver more effective and efficient customer experience About you? To be successful in the role, you will have extensive experience in Learning & Development and have led sales transformation and development programs in the past. This could have been across different industries, with a preference toward regulated industries (e.g. insurance, banking or telecommunications). You’ll also possess: Tertiary Qualification in Business, Science or Education Experience in Sales Leadership Project Management Experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Why join us?
