Rig Tool Pusher within
Eni Turkmenistan in Burun
Onshore. You will act as the company's representative for well activities, executing well drilling operations as per approved programs. You will supervise contractors and specialist personnel to ensure operations are conducted safely, in an environmentally friendly and cost-effective manner, and in accordance with the company's requirements and regulations. You will ensure that data and information are collected and correctly transferred. Additionally, you will execute ETL drilling and core business activities safely, efficiently and with the utmost consideration for HSE standards. In this context, consistent best-in-class performance is expected.
Your employment contract will be managed by Eni International Resources Ltd (EIRL).

Main responsibilities:
- Ensure there is 12-hour supervision over the well operation.
- Ensure the operation proceeds smoothly and trouble-free regarding rig performance, personnel and equipment issues, maintaining competent and capable rig crews, and providing leadership in fostering the Safety Always Comes First culture.
- Be present around the rig site, supervising various aspects of the ongoing operation and planning for upcoming operations. This includes, but is not limited to, applying effective and efficient well execution plans and ensuring rig crews properly inspect, maintain and operate assigned drilling rigs.
- Act as the Company representative on-site if the Drilling Supervisor is not present.
- Implement all well programs and ensure all equipment required for each phase is ready in advance.
- Assist the Drilling Supervisor in all phases of well design programs.
- Ensure and monitor compliance of the drilling team with geological and technical requirements, the drilling schedule and the correctness and timeliness of operational and reporting documentation by the drilling team's employees.
- Instruct the drilling team's employees, monitor, and ensure their compliance with operational discipline, labour protection and fire protection rules.
- Implement the Company Drilling Standards and Procedures.
- Ensure all HSE standards are in place and complied with.
- Submit Material Requests for approval and processing.
- Ensure all identified improvement opportunities are implemented while following HSEQ.
- Preplan, organize and supervise the crews to perform operations off the critical path whenever possible, making maximum use of all Company personnel assigned to the rig and various support groups.
- Review the drilling operation plan with the Drilling Supervisor each morning.
- Ensure the Drilling Supervisor is made aware of any missing equipment or problems in a timely manner before they affect the planned progress of the well.
- Issue written instructions to the rig crews after review with the Drilling Supervisor and personally supervise the operation if required.
- Personally monitor critical operations to ensure personnel and equipment function as required.
- Preplan and organize the crews to be ready for upcoming operations.
- Monitor critical equipment to ensure it is performing as required and detect failures or weak points in a timely manner to minimize the impact on Company operations.
- Review spare parts inventories to ensure sufficient spares for critical equipment are available for upcoming operations. Inform the Drilling Manager of any deficiencies in spare parts stock levels or equipment required for the rig or drilling operation, and prepare material requests through the Rig Warehouseman.
- Be personally responsible for Material Management at the rig site (inventory verification, in/out register, etc.).
- Liaise closely with the Drilling Support/Manager to ensure the rig equipment is capable of performing upcoming operations. If it is not capable, propose appropriate alternative solutions.
- Assist the Drilling Supervisor with decisions on a path forward based on crew and equipment capabilities.
- Monitor the condition and availability of required equipment for upcoming operations and supervise the servicing and storage of such equipment.
- Keep various drilling records updated with well information.
- Oversee the relief of Driller/Assistant Driller during operations if required.
- Demonstrate personal commitment to HSE management through active participation in audits, inspections, meetings, and observation programs.
- Familiarize oneself with and follow all Company operational and HSE policies as applicable.
- Report any Unsafe Conditions (UC), Unsafe Acts (UA), Near Misses (NM), or Lost Time Incidents (LTI) observed to the Supervisor/Support/Drilling Manager as soon as possible after the occurrence.
Skills and experience required:
- Higher technical or specialized secondary technical education.
- Extensive experience in an equivalent position.
- Mandatory IWCF Level 4 certification.
- Strong working knowledge of general rigs and SLUs equipment.
- Proficient understanding of HSE practices common to the company and the industry.
- Proficiency in English, Russian and Turkmen (local) languages.
- Competency in MS Office programs.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to understand and interact with diverse groups and operations.
- Conflict recognition and resolution skills.
- Leadership and teamwork skills that support team building.
- Effective management and leadership skills in well operations.
