Position Overview: The Salesforce PRM Analyst will support the PRM Business Process Lead/Owner understanding the user experience and processes; identifying system integrations; and coordinating with several stakeholders (EatonCare, Plants, Customers, etc.) to ensure desired outcomes / functionality are achieved. Qualifications Required (Basic) qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution Minimum two (2) years’ experience of CRM/PRM, Customer support, and/or Channel/Commercial processes. Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future Preferred Qualifications: One+ (1+) year of a voluntary career break from your profession Five (5) years’ experience with knowledge of CRM/PRM, Customer support, or Channel/Commercial processes.
