The Operational Demand Planner Coordinator is an individual contributor role. Primary role and mission is to: • Responsible for accuracy of Affiliate / Brand Demand Plan, modulate the stat based in sales driver assumptions and inputs • Accountable for the accuracy of Affiliate / Brand demand plan and associated sales drivers. • Reviews and reconciles Affiliate plans and related exceptions for basic and new products correcting for bias. • Supports Affiliate IBP and supports Regional IBP meetings on an as needed basis • Responsible for management and oversight of regional demand planning WFA (stat and enriched), forecasting bias, and demand attainment. Qualifications Minimum Education level: Minimum Years of Experience: 2-5 % Travel Time: >5% Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Required Language Proficiency: Licenses or Certifications: CPSM, APICS, IBF or similar Fluent in English and local relevant language Additional Job Specifications (e.g., physical demands, working conditions, equipment/machinery, specific skills, etc.): • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field • Direct experience: Minimum 2-5 years of related experience in Planning, preferably in a Demand Planning role • Knowledge of, and experience with forecasting, demand planning, innovation planning and S&OP • Desirable deep knowledge of beauty industry and regional / affiliate market trends.
