We are looking for a Product Owner – Education Service Line. Job description Product Owners are key positions in a global Digital Grid Services organization, delivering value to the business and customers while maintaining a clear view on customer needs and what needs to get done. Product Owners represent the customer and act autonomously to communicate the right vision of the product/services within the organization while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders (Customers / Product Leagues / Service Excellence / Customer Success). They partner with RSCs and Leagues to set priorities (define, own and maintain the backlog), drive the strategic intent of the product/services and maximize the value of work done with the organization. The Product Owner (PO) owns the product vision, has content authority over it and is responsible for maximizing the value of the product/services through the backlog (list of customer requirements for the service in development). PO's regularly interacts with the Organization as needed and acts as the voice of customers and stakeholders. What will you do? Define value proposition & set service strategy, in alignment with League vision & to ensure team achieves strategic goals Build, follow-up and support business in collaboration with RSCs Create, prioritize & communicate with Organization the backlog, release map & roadmap. Define the strategy and achievement criteria. Take accountability in sharing outcomes with stakeholders: Support the team to deliver, acting as obstacle troubleshooter :- Be the voice of the customer for the team questions Create a conducive and collaborative environment through effective leadership What qualifications will make you successful? Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of product or service development/management experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience presenting to Customers & Leaders, and experience in saying 'No' when required. Experience in successfully building and leading teams in a matrix environment. Exemplifies and promotes Company values and principles. Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills. In-depth knowledge of Service Management principles. Planning and problem solving with product/service management and service delivery teams. Fluent in English Any additional diplomas or qualifications will be a plus (ITIL, MBA, PHD etc.) What’s in it for me?
