Responsibilities Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors Providing superior customer service in assisting potential customers during their evaluation process, create quotes and new customer accounts, co-ordinate with channel partners, and close sales Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters Engaging customers quickly and consistently to build value immediately through in-depth account reviews Leading solution presentations and deliver compelling proposals to convey SolarWinds’s value proposition Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, while building and maintaining customer rapport Maintaining up to date SolarWinds Service Desk product knowledge Understanding of tools such as LinkedIn, Outreach, and Salesforce.com to establish and build relationships Ensuring robust forecasting accuracy and consistency of pipeline build Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas Qualifications Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships Minimum 3+ years of experience with a proven track record in a fast-paced sales environment Extremely motivated and driven with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively Ability to hold yourself accountable for meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly quotas Strong work ethic, self-motivated, self-enabler, enthusiastic and passionate Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence required Experience working at a SaaS or ITSM related technology is a plus Good team player with a strong desire for growth
