Primary SEND LSA – Wandsworth – ASAP start

A large, well-established Primary School in Wandsworth is looking for an experienced Primary SEND LSA to work with children specifically with two pupils with Autism within the KS1 classes.

The Opportunity

Our partnered school is looking for a driven Primary SEND LSA that is looking to deliver in an extremely engaging primary school setting. The successful candidate will be empathetic to and experienced working with students Autism and varying levels of ASD, across the KS1 year group.

In this role you will provide support for two students who are struggling to fully engage in education and the social aspect of their development.  The ability to communicate effectively with students, staff and parents is imperative in ensuring that effective pastoral support is provided for all pupils. Previous experience working with children with Autism is required.

The hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am until 4pm on a long-term basis. This role commences this term with Interviews being as soon as possible. There is the opportunity of a permanent contract with the school from 2022.
