EYFS Teaching Assistant – West London – Immediate start - £85-90 per day

We are working with a wonderful primary academy this term in securing an experienced and passionate EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team.

The School and Role:

This lovely one-form entry Primary Academy are set in an up-and-coming area of West London, close-by to many shops, amenities and within a 5-minute walk from the local tube station.  They are seeking a bright and energetic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their expanding EYFS team this academic year.   

This role will involve supporting the Reception class pupils and Teacher, as well as working with small groups and children on a 1:1 basis, where required.  You will be using Read Write Inc. Phonics programs therefore experience using this, or other phonics programs will be beneficial, however not essential. 

The school offer an outstanding setting, with supportive leadership and opportunities. You will be joining a fun spirited, bright and energetic team where the best interests of the pupil are at the forefront.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience working in an Early Years setting, Nursery or Reception setting
• Level 2 or 3 qualification - desirable, not essential
• An energetic and outgoing nature
• A warm and engaging way with children
• A clear and Enhanced Child Workforce DBS Certificate
