Job Description
This role is a fundamental part of order management, delivery, and invoicing, being the primary interface between AFM order generation, progress reporting,
delivery planning and more importantly initiating invoicing for Revenue and Cash targets.

Responsible for providing continuous effective aftersales support across stakeholders, internally & externally customer-focused & take ownership of
AFM Services Order to Fulfilment activities.

Key responsibilities

• * Responsible for providing continuous effective after sales support across stakeholders, internally and externally customer-focused & take
• ownership of AFM services Order to fulfilment activities Qualifications / Requirements.
• * Creating rental tooling forecasts, and order schedules as /when required by Contract/Customer.
• * Attend meetings. FAT/SIT, monitoring of shipment/logistics, vouchering, and expediting of AFM orders.
• * Liaising with various Departments to coordinate storage, maintenance, refurbishment & re-certification & ensure equipment is prepared and
• fit for purpose

Minimum Requirements
* Diploma in Business or Technical discipline
* Good general IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Good Communication and interpersonal skills
* Good administration and time management skills.

Preferred Requirements:
* Intermediate knowledge of offshore operation
* General understanding of core products including Subsea Wellhead
Systems, Conductor and Casting Connectors joints
