The Opportunity
As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team, you will serve as a senior technical authority and trusted client advisor, leading the design and delivery of enterprise-scale technology solutions that solve complex business problems. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction for solution architecture across engagements, drive architecture governance and standards, and build lasting executive-level client relationships. This role offers the chance to bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution, translating client objectives into durable, scalable, and secure architectures while leading teams of architects and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level technology solutions
- Establish governance and standards for solution architecture across projects
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with executive-level clients
- Translate business strategies into impactful technology execution
- Guide teams of architects and engineers in delivering reliable solutions
- Address complex business challenges through innovative architectural designs
- Assure alignment between client objectives and technical frameworks

What You Must Have
- Bachelor& 39;s Degree
- At least 10 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or technical consulting
What Sets You Apart
- Master& 39;s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering preferred
- Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect Professional)
- Experience leading cloud migration and digital transformation programs
- Depth in microservices, containerization, and CI/CD pipeline design
- Experience integrating AI/ML and generative AI capabilities
- Track record of shaping and winning consulting engagements
- Experience with DevOps and platform engineering practices
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Active participation in technology communities through speaking and publishing
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
