Learn more at HonorHealth.com. Responsibilities Job Summary Maintains the official employee personnel file. Updates the employee database in the HRIS. Provides customer service to employees, supervisors and managers. Requires a basic understanding of HRIS/payroll systems and general HR policies and procedures. Support areas of HR function with daily management of documentation, process, and tracking. Converts paper files to electronic files in HRIS system. Interfaces with HR leadership to resolve problems and discrepancies. Maintains a system to track all files requested by leadership or legal department. Could answer incoming HR service center calls and emails from team members, retirees, and external customers. Could troubleshoot and resolve issues ranging from simple to complex questions, using relatively thorough knowledge of HR policies and procedures, HR systems, and internal HR processes. Escalates high-level inquiries and issues by engaging with and assisting the appropriate Human Resources team member(s). Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED Required Experience 1 year Human Resources experience Required
