Setting priorities, oversees annual planning and monthly action tracking, and acts as the primary strategic interface between PepsiCo and the bottler. The Franchise Manager is also responsible for driving Franchise Governance based on the 9FF principles in collaboration with ABP/ABC/AQS. Responsibilities 1.
