Your new role

The role is a part-time role, working 15 hours a week for a maximum of 2 months. The client is looking for a start date of the 4th October.

• Sending-out of Academy's communications to stakeholders via CRM/Dotmailer in a timely manner and with great attention to details.
• Creating communications lists in CRM
• Sending out mass emails via Dotmailer / CRM based on mailout schedule
• Manage unsubscriptions in CRM
• Prepare data for processing: normalising, de-duplicating data

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 year experience working in similar role

• Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Dotmailer
• Excel

• Process data with accuracy
• High level of confidence working with CRM and mass mailing
• Deliver in timely manner

• Highly organised and methodical with strong attention to detail
• Pro-active, taking ownership for tasks
• Quick learner
• Personal commitment to the corporate values, vision and objectives of the Academy
