In this role you will be responsible for: Drive Revenue: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by proposing the company's products and services at optimised pricing levels. Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, industry benchmarks and competitor movements to effectively position Rentokil Initial’s unique value propositions. Prospect Generation: Actively prospect, develop a healthy sales pipeline and execute strategic market development initiatives. Consultative Selling: Conduct on-site inspections and client visits to assess needs, deliver presentations and propose tailored make solutions. Customer Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for new accounts; urgently resolve client complaints and handle customer’s’ queries in accordance with company policy. Sales Administration: Manage day-to-day administrative sales workflows, including drafting proposals, executing service agreements and maintaining the system. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance departments to ensure seamless service execution and collection of payment. Agility: Maintain flexibility to support the broader business on ad-hoc projects and urgent operational tasks as required. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess: Experience: Proven track record in B2C/& B2B sales, business development, or outdoor sales (experience in service industries, pest control, or hygiene is a strong advantage). Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Attributes: Highly agile, resilient, and comfortable conducting hands-on on-site inspections at client premises. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilising modern systems and mobile sales tools to track KPIs. Mobility: Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for frequent client visits in outstations. Highly Desirable: Excellent sales, solutions & negotiation skills Ability to reach & exceed sales targets Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in decent clear communication.
