Context About Industry Commercial Organization ICO is a Commercial wing of Industrial Automation, primarily focusing on In-Matrix business of IA in countries. Various functions inside ICO involves: Go To Markets (End User / SI, Distribution, OEM, e-Commerce) and Offer Category Management. ICO defines Go To Market priorities for Country operations by translating IA Global Strategic priorities into operational actions. Offer Category Management functions focuses on defining Commercial Actions of Line of Business (including new & innovative Offer launches) to Country Actions. It also serves as the string community of Country Marketing leaders for operational & deployment oriented priorities. This function also involves Pricing management focusing on Pricing Strategy, Transformation, Country Pricing policy and process management. You will integrate ICO’s & LoB’s transformational priorities into country operations as an Offer category Leader, part of a team with a wide variety of tasks ranging from strategic orientations to managing the up and down-stream marketing.
