LONG TERM GAS LEGAL ASSISTANCE SPECIALIST

At Eni we are looking for a Long Term Gas Legal Assistance Specialist within the Legal Affairs and Commercial Negotiations department in San Donato Milanese. <br> <br> You will be providing legal support in the activities related to the sale and purchase of gas, to the contracts related thereto to the competent business functions. <br><br><b> About </b> <br> <br> Eni people working in the Legal department provide legal assistance and support to the business, as well as monitoring continuous changes in legislation. With the support of external professionals, they also provide representation and defense in court. Passion, determination and the willingness to collaborate in effective teams are crucial characteristics for those who join us in the Legal function. <br><br><b> As a member of Legal Affairs you will be responsible for </b> : <br> <ul> <li> Providing legal support in the drafting of contracts, especially those for the sale and purchase of gas </li> <li> Ensuring legal support in the preparation of judicial and arbitration documents, in relation to gas purchase and sale contracts, in particular for disputes relating to price review clauses </li> <li> Support the competent business functions in the management of negotiations relating to the renegotiation of gas sales contracts, especially in relation to price review clauses </li> </ul> <br><br><b> This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements </b> : <br> <ul> <li> Law Degree </li> <li> At last 3 years experience in commercial law practice </li> <li> Excellent knowledge of matters relating to disputes in the energy field and in particular of gas contracts </li> <li> Fluency in English </li> </ul> <br><br><b> Location </b> <br> <br> San Donato Milanese (MI) <br><br><b> Employment contract </b> <br> <br> Permanent local contract <br><br>At Eni we believe in enterprising people, capable of making a difference and making their contribution with passion and innovation, to respond to the global challenges of the energy transition.
