You'll interact directly with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure Baker Hughes, regulatory and client requirements are met or exceeded. You'll shape and develop the functionality and continuous improvement of our innovative HSE program<br><br><b>As HSE Coordinator, you will be responsible for:</b><br><ul><li>Advising Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field.</li><li>Providing day-to-day HSE support for particular regions.</li><li>Leading as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects.</li><li>Advising customers on various HSE issues</li><li>Handling communication with colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or a high school diploma /GED</li><li>Have long-term professional experience in Environmental Health & Safety and in Fixed Facilities.</li><li>Be a good communicator in English & Portuguese</li><li>Be able to demonstrate project management skills and be experience in project leadership</li><li>Be able to show excellent problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills</li></ul><br><br><b>Desired Characteristics</b><br><ul><li>Strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to influence others and lead small teams.</li><li>Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.</li><li>Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.</li><li>Effective problem identification and solution skills.</li><li>Proven analytical and organizational ability.</li></ul><br><br><b>Working with us</b><br><br>Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
