We also use applied technology expertise to serve the defense, entertainment, material handling, aerospace, science, and renewable energy industries. <br><br><b> Duties & Responsibilities </b><br><br><b> Purpose: </b><br><br>Day-to-day implementation of safety strategy, policies, procedures, and programs to ensure workplace safety and health. Develop and assist in leading safety communications that follows regulatory practices/rules, recognizes and reports hazards, initiates and promotes a World Class safety culture. <br><br><b> Job Roles: </b><br><br>Essential:<ul> <li> Shop floor engagement with supervisors and technicians </li> <li> Facilitating Risk Assessments, Hazard Identification and JSEA's </li> <li> Assist with the developing and review of energy isolation procedures </li> <li> Assist in advising employees on the requirements for the effective use of safety plans, procedures and guidelines </li> <li> Maintain the injury and incident records, reports, investigations, and statistical data, i.e. entering data into Intelex , performing TapRooT investigations, trending and reporting statistical data </li> <li> Investigate industrial accidents, injuries, or occupational diseases to determine causes and preventative measures. </li> <li> Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations, and industrial processes. </li> <li> Inspect and audit facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation and management system compliance. </li> <li> Conduct or coordinate worker training in areas such as safety laws and regulations, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment. </li> <li> Maintain local legal register, interface with local regulatory agencies as needed. </li> </ul><br>Non-Essential<ul> <li> As assigned </li> </ul><br><b> Supervisory Responsibilities: </b><ul> <li> This position has no supervisory responsibilities. </li> </ul><br><b> Qualifications </b><ul> <li> Associate's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental. </li> <li> NEBOSH certificate or any equivalent certification. </li> <li> ISO 14001 & ISO45001 Internal Auditor certificate or equivalent. </li> <li> Root cause analysis training </li> <li> Risk Management Training </li> <li> 7 -10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in oil and gas industry with onshore and offshore experience. </li> <li> Good working experience of providing HSE support to Vessel operations especially related to , energy isolation, suspended loads, pressure testing, confined space entry, working at height and radiography. </li> <li> Working knowledge of the Azerbaijan laws and decrees. </li> <li> Working knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO45001 standard requirements. </li> </ul><br><b> Closing Statement </b><br><br>We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to advance in an international company.
