To Prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Develops sales plan for a specific region.<br />

<b>As a Senior Bid Specialist, your main responsibilities will be:</b></p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Developing proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing and costing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.</li>
<li>Lead the whole process from RFQ/ITT receipt throughout contract award stages.</li>
<li>Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge.</li>
<li>Contributing to frameworks for prices and conditions. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.</li>
<li>Handling diverse clients in a region.</li>
<li>Cooperating with local and global (technical) sales support, project management team, sourcing, engineering, and manufacturing to realize sales.</li>
<li>Mitigate commercial risks</li>
<li>Driving cost optimization initiatives to enable win tenders</li>
<li>Handling local focus on Medium size territory</li>
</ul>

<li>Bachelor&
39;s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven years of relevant experience).</li>
<li>Additional proven years of experience in proposals, tendering, contract T&amp;Cs review.</li>
</ul>
