Our team ensures all HR related request are met with a high standard turn-around time on time & every time.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a HCT GDC HR Services Specialist - NAM, you will work with multiple stakeholders across the organizations. You will manage all activities associated to HR Operations. You will play vital role to deliver all tasks in an efficient and timely manner ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and country legislations.<br><br>As a HCT GDC HR Services Specialist - NAM you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Being responsible for the successful execution of HR Operations and Lifecycle processes, policies and standard operating procedures and administer day-to-day HR related transactions including promotions, salary changes end of employments, one-time payments, verification of employment, employee inquiries, submission of Government-related surveys, liaise with statutory boards.<br></li><li>Providing customer service support and manage service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned processes<br></li><li>Driving increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization, and simplification within assigned area(s)<br></li><li>Monitoring team queue in the case management tool and self-assign cases as appropriate and log each query in the case management tool, resolve query/request by referring to company policies and standard operating procedures<br></li><li>Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and Baker Hughes policy requirements<br></li><li>Communicating and share processes, policies, and other relevant documentation to employees needed to resolve the query/ issue<br></li><li>Overseeing and providing support on time and attendance for hourly employees<br></li><li>Supporting Data Integrity initiatives in all HR Systems<br></li><li>Providing ad-hoc operational support for assigned process<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Minimum Diploma in HR/Business or related discipline.<br></li><li>2-3 years prior HR professional work experience, preferably in a HR Operations or shared services role.<br></li><li>Previous experience in HR Operations, onboarding, offboarding, Payroll & Benefits, and/or Global Mobility Services preferred.<br></li><li>Familiar with the local employment regulations.<br></li><li>Self motivated and ability to work independently.<br></li><li>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.<br></li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills.<br></li><li>Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.<br></li><li>Knowledge in service request management tools, MS Office, Workday, and/or other HR related tools.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
