Senior Designer - Architecture

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Designer - Architecture with extensive experience in the relevant field. <br><br><ul><li> Specialist Designer in Architectural Detailing of Industrial Architectural works </li><li> Must have worked in AutoCAD / Microstation 2D Drafting </li><li> Preference would be given who has worked in any Architectural 3D software in 3D Modelling </li><li> Experience in at least one Oil & Gas, Mining or any industrial project will be preferred </li><li> Must have sound technical knowledge in Architectural detailing </li><li> Responsible to work independently both Technically and using software on the assigned Architectural works </li><li> Drafting as per inputs & checking of General Arrangement & Detail Drawings of Architectural works </li><li> Report to Lead Civil Engineer and Coordinate with other disciplines in the project </li><li> Meeting the project schedules on submissions of Architectural deliverables </li><li> Ensuring all deliverables are comply with quality as per AFWIPL / Client specifications & standards </li><li> Interpretation of vendor drawings / other discipline drawings for Architectural deliverables requirements </li></ul><br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Qualification: Diploma in Architecture </li><li> Years of experience:10 -15 years </li><li> Must have exposure to detailing of any one in each of following group of buildings: <ul><li> Control room Building ,Substation buildings </li><li> Admin Block, Canteen </li><li> Ware House, Workshop. Compressor Shed,Pump Houses </li><li> Fire station </li><li> Security House,Security Tower,Parking Shed </li></ul></li><li> Experience in production of deliverables such as General arrangement & detail drawings for Architectural works including fixtures, fitting, painting, flooring schedules </li><li> Working experience in using Building codes of India and any one of British or American standards for Architectural works including green building concept is added advantage </li><li> Working experience in Pharmacuetical / Clean room applications is added advantage </li><li> Able to communicate in good English with other disciplines in effective manner </li><li> Willing to have patience to face work pressure & changes </li><li> Must be able to work in a team with work share basis </li></ul> <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
