We are looking for HR Services Manager: Employee Experience to our European HR Shared Services Center (HR Services) based in Poland. This person reports to the Employee Experience Senior Manager for Europe region. She/he manages operational delivery of People Link Service Line within HR Services which is employee facing line and guidance for employees in moment that matters through their lifecycle, to support them with HR processes, systems, requests. What will you do? Ensure the services provided by the team meet the requirements of the SLA and meet measure for success ( KPIs). Track the individual performances as well as processes and services delivered within your area of responsibility. Ensure high level of satisfaction of our internal customers and partners (HR BPs, Employees and Managers). Manage and build great team trough recruiting and development talents, empowering, recognition, guarantee engagement, applying transparent and collaborative culture. Ensure skills improvement and push for customer and digital mindset. Guarantee efficient back up structure. Prepare and manage the budget and ensure the follow-up Plan workload and resources in order to maintain a constant high level of services with no disruption. Manage projects in the assigned teams (resources, costs, deadlines, risks). Act like owner in the assigned processes by leveraging continuous improvements, increase productivity and deliver operational excellence and efficiency. Contribute to digital transformation and emphasize collaboration demonstrate thinking “digital first” to accomplish your work by identifying digital solutions (processes, tools, services, business models, applications) Love to explore and experiment with new tools, processes, and technology and bring in new and different ways of thinking into your team See the world through your agility mindset to deliver customer-centric results Translate the company priorities into operational goals to ensure operational delivery What qualifications will make you successful? Master degree; preferably in HR or Economy Minimum 3 years of experience in team management HR background; several years in HR processes management At least 2 years in SSC/BPO organization Strong leadership and business skills Continuous Improvements mindset, lean six sigma methodology basics Fluent command of English, French skills would be great asset Strong customer service focus; demonstrated ability to understand the customer’s business, issues and needs Advanced digital mindset and skills expressed by digital first thinking and draw connections beyond own job to accomplish work by identifying digital solutions (process, tools, services, business models, applications) Flexibility, ability to manage ambiguity in complex environment and matrix organization Open for new ways of working What's in it for me?
