You will build great working relationships between all stakeholders, ensuring they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant activities.<br><br>As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for:<br><br> &bull; Administering day-to-day on-boarding transactions including background screening, Pre-Hire Medical Check-up, Immigration and relocation support <br><br> &bull; Ensuring all new hire compliance requirements, onboarding paperwork is complete and properly document evidence of compliance requirements met for future audits. <br><br> &bull; Acting as a resource in responding to queries from new employee, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the onboarding process. <br><br> &bull; Coordinating, communicating and following-up with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth processes throughout onboarding of the employee. <br><br> &bull; Creating, updating, maintaining appropriate documentation, standard operating procedures,
