Job Description</p>

<p>
Develop, lead and deliver the QHSE engagement program, Pulse and Impact Quality (PIQ), to all OneFleet worksites, both onshore and offshore. </p>
<p>
Deliver coaching and train-the-trainer sessions to OneFleet resources that will support the facilitation of PIQ and other QHSE programs.</p>
<p>
Assists in the continual development of our QHSE engagement programs and PIQ supplementary material.</p>
<p>
Provide regular feedback to the business regarding PIQ implementation status, effectiveness and continual improvement planning. </p>
<p>
Engagement with key stakeholders to identify training needs across the business.</p>
<p>
Manage the PIQ plan and coordination of activities for network of PIQ support facilitators.</p>
<p>
Support personnel through QHSE coaching onsite and develop and facilitate ad-hoc QHSE training.</p>
<p>
Provide input to the development of QHSE strategy, objectives and continual improvement.</p>
<p>
Support incident investigations through training, coaching and participation in investigations.</p>
<p>
Support the development, implementation and update of QHSE documents within the GBPMS.</p>
<p>
Enable QHSE sharing and learning across the wider business.</p>
<p>
Reinforce and strengthen the QHSE culture at every opportunity.</p>
<p>
</p>
<p>
You are meant for this job if</p>
<p>
A nationally recognised health and safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, OSHA or similar)</p>
<p>
Formal leadership or coaching certification, at diploma level.</p>
<p>
Experience in the global subsea industry, both onshore and offshore.</p>
<p>
Demonstrable track record in QHSE training and program delivery.</p>
<p>
Experienced in delivering non-technical skills training e.g. Human Factors, Human and Organizational Performance, Insights, etc.</p>
<p>
Knowledge of incident investigation techniques.</p>
