<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Our team is responsible for the development and technical support of the Global Risk application in Salesforce, including AFS, JBR, Client and Engagement Acceptance and Relationship Checking.  This Senior Associate role is focused on the Questionnaire functionality within the system which is used by territories to develop and configure their own local risk management questionnaires.  The successful candidate will support a Senior Manager (based in Edinburgh in the UK) with the training and support of questionnaire administrators across the PwC network; the development and testing of new questionnaire-related functionality; and support the development and maintenance of associated reports within the Salesforce environment. <br /> </p><p><b>The ideal candidate will have: </b></p><ul><li><p>A good understanding of the necessary client and engagement related risk management processes (client and engagement acceptance primarily, but also AML/KYC processes)</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Salesforce (whether via AFS or other means)</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability in analytical and logical thinking as investigation into potential system defects will be required</p></li><li><p>Ability and/or interest in developing reports/dashboards in Salesforce and other platforms.
