RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate process to rationalize and prioritize compensation survey investments and budget planning, acting as the first point of contact for survey vendor management. Participate in annual & ad hoc compensation surveys and coordinate participation with various internal stakeholders where necessary. Provide analytical support for moderately complex projects and core processes (e.g. Competitive Review and Annual Performance & Rewards), using research and data analysis skills. Provide project and process management support for core compensation processes. Provides customer support to employees and managers for complex support cases (e.g., HR Direct); escalates as necessary. Supports compensation program delivery through the practical application of basic discipline knowledge with limited guidance. Assists with more complex reporting needs, analyzes survey, employee, and financial data, and models programs using spreadsheet analysis. Impact/Scope: Supports compensation solutions that impact multiple business units and countries. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 2-4 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Systematic knowledge of compensation discipline and its link to overall HR and business strategy and the business environment. Intermediate knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee compensation. Strong research and analytical skills. Basic financial and business acumen. Basic project management skills. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced knowledge of Excel.
