Regional Program Lead – Talent Cloud Talent Cloud encompasses three key program areas; contingent workforce, vendor relationships, and talent marketplace. The Regional Program Lead will sit in India and be the Talent Cloud expert within the region. They will partner closely with the Talent Supply Chain CoE, and cross-functional teams on strategic projects as well as tactical execution of the Talent Cloud agenda. Additionally, they will partner with other Regional Program Leads on the development and execution on all Talent Cloud projects, setting agendas for leadership meetings and driving for decisions when appropriate to ensure the Talent Cloud strategy advances on time and on budget. The Lead will have the opportunity to work with various internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization on both strategic and operational and HR initiatives. Responsibilities: Assist with the implementation, launch, and maintenance of the Vendor Management System (VMS), external Talent Marketplace, and Vendor Relationship Program; Accountable for regional VMS data integrity, liaison between the business and internal enterprise teams to maintain a high-quality experience; Responsible for compliance and data integrity across all programs, including process optimization; Lead issue resolution for suppliers and projects, including, but not limited to: resolving contingent workforce delivery challenges, enforcing our headcount planning parameters, mitigating the legal risk associated with contingent hiring, and executing special projects at leadership’s request; Develop and execute a framework for collecting regular feedback on programs implemented from stakeholders, contingent workers and enterprise teams for continued process improvement; Develop a roadmap for vendor management at ZS, partner with cross functional teams as required, while keeping ZS’s financial and headcount goals in mind; Recruit, lead, coach and mentor a growing team of recruiters and other HR professionals focused on building our contingent workforce. Establish a strong community mindset of knowledge sharing, engagement, and results/solution-orientation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, Masters/MBA preferred; 10+ years’ work experience in Recruiting, Contingent Staffing/Resource Management or Vendor Management required, HR experience a plus; Strong analytical, organizational, planning, communications, and project management skills; Ability to be independent in making decisions on behalf of CHRO/HRLT; Must employ sound judgment in escalating and clear communication to keep stakeholders appropriately informed; Computer fluency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook); Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to maintain confidential information, with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion; Proactive self-starter with ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines; Sense of humor appreciated.
