<p>Exampro is used in almost 4000 centres to support teaching and learning for GCSE and A-level qualifications.</p>

<p><b>About us</b></p>
<p>We are innovators in education and for the last 30 years we have been creating Edtech to help teachers create high quality assessments quickly and easily.  We put the teacher at the heart of everything we do and constantly ensure that we stay in touch with their needs and how we can make their lives easier.</p>
<p>Our main products, Testbase and Exampro question banks, are used by teachers across the country and also in international schools.</p>
<p><b>About the role</b></p>
<p>You will be contributing to the delivery of our assessment products, which are based on past tests and examinations (print and onscreen question banks, exemplars and reporting), and the commissioning of new assessments and technology development.</p>
<p><b>Skills and experience required</b></p>
<p>Ability to write and execute project plans</p>
<p>Ability to work with our development and delivery teams to ensure that what is being produced meets requirements</p>
<p>Ability to interpret the needs of teachers in order that our products meet these needs</p>
<p>Understanding of assessment in schools</p>
<p>Would ideally suit an experienced teacher of mathematics, psychology, or other numerate subject, familiar with data-driven reporting, and looking to move out of teaching but still remain in the field of education.</p>
<p><b>Salary & Benefits</b></p>
<p>£39,000 to £43,000 per annum (depending on experience)</p>
<p>25 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays)</p>
