<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p><u><b>The role</b></u><br /> </p><p>PwC is looking for an Experience Strategy Director to join its growing experience Consulting practice with 5-7 years of relevant agency, client-side (public or private sector), or consultancy experience.</p><p><br />Focused on the connection between strategy, experience, and Cloud transformation, this role will team with insight, strategy, design, and user experience professionals in experience-focused pre-sales activities (e.g., crafting points of view) new business pursuits (e.g., bringing Experience Consulting directly to market, and embedding experience in large, consulting-wide Cloud transformation opportunities) and client delivery (e.g. leading multi-disciplinary projects and programmes).</p><p><br />In particular, the role will focus on delivering world-class experience strategy and design work for National and International clients, focused on Cloud Transformation, that contributes to tangible revenue, retention, and reputation outcomes for Experience Consulting.</p><p><br /><b>To achieve this, the ideal candidate will:</b><br />● Have a proven delivery track record<br />● Have a proven track record of multidisciplinary teaming<br />● Have a proven track record of nurturing strong and enduring relationships (internal, and external)<br />● Have extensive experience delivering Primary Insight (qualitative &amp; quantitative research, and “user research”), Service Design, Experience Strategy, Experience Design, and/or Innovation projects<br />● Have experience crafting experience-focused B2C, B2B, and B2E strategies<br />● Have experience contributing to, and/or co-authoring high-impact, practitioner-level (i.e., discipline specific) written content, and be skilled at presenting it<br />● Be able to demonstrate a practical understanding of contemporary experience-focused strategic frameworks, methods, and tools (e.g., business models, value propositions, prioritisation frameworks, project approaches, etc) and a proven track record of applying these across a broad range of clients,<br />sectors, and industries<br />● Be able to demonstrate a practical understanding of Human Centred Design process, and in particular its application to B2B — designing B2B products, services, and experiences, and innovating in the B2B space<br />● Be able to demonstrate a current understanding of Cloud platforms, and players</p><p><br /><b>The ideal candidate should also be able to demonstrate:</b><br />● Experience managing people, and/or career coaching<br />● Applied knowledge of agile development and delivery approaches, frameworks, and tools<br />● Experience working in a complex environment with a matrixed organisational structure Core Responsibilities &amp; Skills</p><p><br /><b>As an Experience Strategist, you will need to be able to:</b><br />● Help deliver large-scale Experience Strategy, Experience Design, Service Design, and Product and Service innovation projects and programmes<br />● Participate in engagements across a broad spectrum of industries and sectors with confidence, as part of delivery teams, across the end-to-end engagement life-cycles<br />● Help implement strategies designed to bring new products, services and experiences to life, building on PwC’s Experience Consulting proprietary frameworks, methods, and tools<br />● Develop strong relationships within the Firm and across Lines of Service as an Experience Consultant<br />● Prepare and present complex written and verbal materials — particularly for business development and client presentation purposes</p><p>● Use your networking skills to help identify and convert opportunities<br />● Use your organisational skills to help coordinate the resources needed to deliver projects<br />● User your interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues across disciplines as diverse as business strategy, management consulting, and technology, and effectively translate client requirements into outcomes that depend on their combination<br />● Manage internal team resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections from time to time</p><p></p><p><br /><u><b>About you</b></u><br /> </p><p>You are a highly-motivated, client-focused strategy professional, with a passion for using the power of creativity and design to solve wicked problems and deliver sustained business outcomes.
