<b> IRC220191 - COST CONTROLLER SAP - </b><b> Contralor de Costos </b> <br> <br> At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for a <b>Cost Controller/SAP </b> <b> - </b><b> Contralor de Costos </b> within <b>Eni Mexico</b> in <b>Mexico City</b>. You will be responsible for designing appropriate data models, analytics and data visualization and reporting to produce accurate cost reports, data models & flowcharts including forecast cost, value of work done (VOWD) and commitments against approved Budget, ensure that payments are made in line with contractual agreements and invoices are allocated to the correct cost code and account codes, following existing (CBS). <br> <br> <b> As a member of </b> <b>the development and project management services Team at</b><b> Eni Mexico you will be responsible for</b>: <br> <ul> <li> Coordinating with project planner and controller in order to align project phasing with costs forecast. </li> <li> Project accounting data feeding into company systems </li> <li> Verifying work progress status updating cost documentation and allocating costs to the right cost elements </li> <li> Assuring cost control for both contracts and internal costs </li> <li> Performing Value of Work Done calculation to Projects </li> <li> Performing yearly forecast and business/strategic plans as per Company calendars </li> <li> Providing services including assistance during contract preparation, bid evaluation, contract administration and verification of contractual payments </li> <li> Maintaining close liaison with contractor personnel to maintain satisfactory working relationships and to identify potential areas of concern </li> <li> Preparing accurate database design & architecture reports for management & executive teams. </li> <li> Design conceptual & logical data models & flowcharts. </li> <li> Examining & identifying database structural necessities by evaluating department operations, applications, & programming. </li> <li> Have knowledge of optimal methods and best practice to ensure good performance when working with large data sets </li> <li> Designing & implementing effective solutions & data models to store & retrieve company data, with the aim of helping Business create value from Data Assets. </li> <li> SQL administration and configuration of SQL data bases </li> </ul> <br><br><b> This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements </b> : <br> <ul> <li> The job holder must have bachelor's degree in any STEM majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) </li> <li> Experience in Cost Control and/or Data modelling and analytics. </li> <li> Previous experience of working in a prior similar position </li> <li> English Language (Medium) </li> <li> Meticulous, detailed, technically minded, Problem Solving and results oriented. </li> <li> Solid hands-on experience in SQL administration and configuration of SQL data bases. </li> <li> Programming skills in Visual Basic, SQL, Phyton, C/C++. </li> <li> Some experience working with SAP or other ERP systems preferable </li> <li> Microsoft Office: Excel (advanced), VBA macros (advanced), Power BI (advanced), Visio (Advanced). </li> <li> Some knowledge and understanding of Work Program & Budget, Project Planning, Project Management methodologies and techniques. </li> </ul> <br><br><b> Location: </b> <br> <br> Office, Mexico City <br> <br> <b> Contract type: </b> <br> <br> Temporary <br><br>At Eni,<b> people are the key to our success</b>, which is why our values are focused on<b> diversity, and lifelong learning</b>. <br> <br> Eni evaluates applications regardless of candidates' personal and cultural characteristics or orientations.
