Developing and implementing treasury policies, solutions and management reporting with the objective of achieving consistency, efficiency and improved controls. Researching and analyzing complex factors and making recommendations on investment opportunities with assistance of investment consultants;</li><li>Monitoring the funded status of the plans and make recommendations, as appropriate;</li><li>Managing internal control processes and procedures to ensure that plan investments are in compliance with the firm&rsquo;s independence policy to ensure auditor independence standards and regulations established by the auditing profession&rsquo;s standard-setting bodies (e.g., AICPA) and by external regulators (e.g., SEC);</li><li>Maintaining and monitoring investment strategy objectives, guidelines. and parameters for the firm&rsquo;s balance sheet cash to obtain the best available return consistent with the liquidity and preservation objectives; and,</li><li>Managing all administrative aspects of the investment process including working with vendors, managing wiring of funds and supervising of Treasury Associate.</li></ul><p>General Treasury Knowledge</p><ul><li>Assisting with special projects across treasury related to liquidity management, cash forecasting, FX risk, partner programs or other areas, as needed.</li></ul><p>Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:</p><ul><li>Preparing materials for presentation to Treasurer and Trustees that clearly articulate investment strategies, fund performance, investment instruments and due diligence and the benefits and risks of the strategies and investment discussions;</li><li>Communicating clearly with partners and staff at all levels; </li><li>Working independently as well as in a team environment; </li><li>Demonstrating organizational and project management skills.
