<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently looking for a Recruiter to join our global Consulting business. In addition, you will have access to remote and flexible working options, purchased annual leave and employee discount programs. <br><br>At Wood you will join an inclusive and diverse global community of inquisitive minds and recognised industry innovators, partnering to create new possibilities. <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br>Ideally you will have relevant experience in a similar Recruiter role specialising in technical professions for Energy / Oil & Gas / Mining / Construction / Engineering sectors. <br><br><b> What will set you apart will be your proven experience using innovative search strategies coupled with traditional recruitment methods, to source highly specialised, white collar Engineers & technical talent. External agency experience would also be an asset but not essential. </b> <br><br>In addition, you will also have: <br><ul><li> A customer service approach to stakeholder management (both internal and external) </li><li> An ability to facilitate a robust recruitment process at pace, while delivering a seamless candidate experience </li><li> Experience in candidate attraction and sourcing - advert writing, phone screening, CV reviewing, shortlisting, interview scheduling and networking </li><li> Excellent administration skills and flexibility to manage varying tasks with often changing and competing priorities </li><li> Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) </li><li> Professional presentation and a proactive approach to tasks with diligent attention to detail </li><li> A
